Effective 2026-05-21 · Applies to all apps, web services and websites under the BestPaid brand.

This policy covers every application of the BestPaid family distributed through the Microsoft Store, the Apple App Store and Google Play, regardless of the publisher account name shown on the store listing — all such applications are developed and operated by the same developer under the BestPaid brand. If an app's store listing links to this page, this is the authoritative privacy policy for that app. Contact: [email protected].

1. The short version

We collect as little as we can to make the product work and bill you. We do not sell your data. We do not show third-party ads inside paid subscriptions. We do not use your data to train AI models.

2. What we collect

2a. Face data (camera & photo analysis apps)

Some apps in the BestPaid family offer camera- or photo-based analysis (for example skin, style, pose or mood analysis). This section explains how those apps handle images that may contain face data.

Collection and use. Apps in the BestPaid family that offer camera- or photo-based analysis process images (which may include face data) entirely on-device using Apple frameworks (Vision / Core ML). Face data is processed transiently in memory solely to render the requested result to the user and for no other purpose. It is never used for identification, advertising, profiling or AI training.

Sharing and retention. Face data is never shared with us or with any third party — it never leaves the device; retention period is zero (nothing is written to disk, uploaded or retained after the analysis completes).

Third parties. Because no face data is ever shared with any third party, no third-party handling applies; if that ever changed, we would require any third party to provide the same or equal protection of face data as stated in this policy.

Deletion and revoking consent. Since no face data is stored, there is nothing to delete; you can revoke an app's camera or photo access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security, and deleting the app removes all app data from the device.

7. Children

Services are not directed to anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

8. Cookies & tracking

Our websites use one essential cookie (session). No analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts that profile you. iOS apps use Apple's standard frameworks — no third-party SDKs that track across apps.

9. Subscription auto-renew

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. For iOS apps, manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For web subscriptions, manage in your account page.

10. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll email subscribers and post a notice on the home page at least 30 days before it takes effect.
